Our goal is to ship every order 100% filled on the same day it is placed. We are however limited by time. If we have the items you order in stock and the order is placed before 2:00PM EST it will usually be shipped the same day. If you have a special need please call and we can override our systems.
Yes we will ship most anywhere. If shipping outside the U.S. we will accept payment by Wire Transfer only.
Yes we regularly ship to APO and FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will accept payment via military credit card for these types of purchases.
Most of our product ships from our warehouse in Florida. We also have regional warehouses with some of our products. In most cases if you are East of the Mississippi you will receive your order in 2-3 business days and if you are west of the Mississippi in 4-6 business days.

If you created an account on the site you can log-in an view your tracking information and order history. Also when we ship your package you will get an email with your tracking information.

Once you have created an account at Newtechindustries.com you can use the EZOrder system. EZOrder allows you to store items in lists so you can easily find them to reorder or have everything you need for a project ready to go.
Here is how to use the EZOrder system:
*As an example we will create a new EZOrder list for "Installation Supplies"
1.) To create your first list you must be logged into your account.
2.) Click the EZOrder button located at the top right of the page.
3.) Create an EZOrder list. Lets call ours "Installation Supplies". If you want to be able to share this list with others in your company click the "I want to share" button. Click "Save List" and we are ready to add items to this list.
4.) In the search box put 010-020 and click go! Click on the picture of the 66 Block.
5.) To the right of the 010-020 you will now see your EZOrder box and your "Installation Supplies" list. Click "Add to List"
6.) You now have your first item in the EZOrder List.
7.) Just repeat the process and add as many items as you want.
You can create as many EZOrder lists as you want and delete those that are no longer relevant.
