Before you start
To make life easy, we incorporated a notch cut directly in the center of this mount…this allows you to temporarily hang it using a simple dry-wall screw and make all the preliminary adjustments you need. To top it off we made it mistake-free, engineering it the exact same way top to bottom…So North or South you're aimed in the right direction.

When the dust clears
For AV professionals, installing TV mounts can be a fairly simple task, except when you factor-in all the things you didn't factor-in…such as an un-level mantle or a slightly sloped ceiling. Re-leveling television's after the mount is already in place is a common problem for installers; and at Royal it's all about ease of installation. That's why our ROY5501 Series mounts are equipped with post-install leveling screws which allow to you overcome these obstacles and make those last minute adjustments to make the TV appear level.

Locking Tabs
A common concern amongst installers is the safety of the TV after they've installed it. With the threat of theft or children knocking the television off the mount, it's a good idea to implement some security to your install...That's why we incorporated our easy to lock tabs. These tabs, located at the bottom of the mount; slide up from the rear side preventing anyone from stealing or accidently knocking the TV from this mount. As always, it's good to use protection.

 

Wall Plate Incorporation
In order to make this wall-plate friendly, we opened-wide and expanded the center gap…How wide? 4.75 inches wide! This expanded width allows you to easily install regular or midi size plates within the bracket.
