This handset is great for training purposes or for use in noisy environments.  The user must depress the handset switch to talk other wise the microphone is muted.
Also prevents phone hacking and listening through the handset even when the handset is hung up.

All handsets are tested at our factory to ensure that they consistently meet original Nortel/Aastra specifications.
