Cuts up to 2,700 pair telephone cable and up to 750 MCM soft drawn copper and aluminum cables. Cutting blades are manufactured from hardened tool steel for long life durability. The optional fixed handle cutting boot provides stability and increased leverage. Ratchet lock holds handles in closed position for storage. Black oxide finish.
